Well loyal blog readers, this is my last post from Miami this year. I will continue to post from time to time from home, but there wont be any good stories about college life until next semester. I have one final tomorrow, and it is calculus. The problem I have is that it is very hard to study math. I feel like either I know it or I don't, and if I don't know it now, then practicing wont do me any good....because I don't know it.... Anyway, you get the idea. So I am spending my last night here reviewing my notes, watching hockey, and getting my music collection updated from Chris. There is really nothing about this campus that I am going to miss over the summer, but there are people. I have made numerous friends my first year. The first friend that I made here has become one of my closest ones, there is a bond between percussion that just cant be explained. There are other friends who, when I came here, had a friendship that was weakening, but is now stronger than ever. Others met me in a wheelchair and thought I was a cripple, but found out that I was really not that bad. My best and closest friend from home found herself a new place to call home while I was away at Miami. So many things change when you go away to school, its amazing. Don't worry, this is not going to be a sad sap story about how I am sad. Heck no, I am ready to in the words of my roommate "Peace the f*** out of Oxford." So no sadness from this guy, I know I will have to put up with it next semester. This is goodbye to Dorsey Hall and my 10x13 room. To my Miami friends, see you next semester. Loudonville, look out because I'm back.
Going back home to the 'hood, the neighborhood that is. Chad: Just livin' the dream.
